Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Courtesy Car Rentals Ltd., including the rental of vehicles, replacement vehicles, insurance replacement vehicles, and courtesy cars. By renting a vehicle or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
To rent a vehicle from Courtesy Car Rentals Ltd. you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and meet our insurance requirements.
You agree to provide accurate personal information and ensure all documentation provided is up to date and correct.
Vehicles are rented for a specified period, and any extension must be requested and approved in advance.
The vehicle must only be driven by you or an authorized additional driver listed in the rental agreement.
You agree to use the vehicle for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
You are prohibited from using the vehicle for racing, towing, or illegal activities.
If renting an insurance replacement vehicle, you must provide valid insurance details. In the event of an accident, you are responsible for any deductible or costs not covered by your insurance.
You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle, theft, or loss, and agree to indemnify Courtesy Car Rentals Ltd., for any associated costs not covered by insurance.
Our company offers basic insurance coverage, but you may choose to purchase additional coverage at the time of rental.
Rental fees are calculated based on the rental period, the vehicle type, and any additional services or coverage you select.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup.
Late returns are subject to additional fees, as outlined in the rental agreement.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, with a full tank of fuel (unless otherwise stated).
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed return time, additional charges will apply.
Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.
If you do not show up for your rental reservation, a no-show fee will apply.
In the event of damage or an accident, you must immediately report the incident to Courtesy Car Rentals Ltd. and the relevant authorities (police, insurance company).
You may be required to pay for any repairs or damages not covered by insurance or any deductibles.
Courtesy Car Rentals Ltd. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of business.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your data.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
Courtesy Car Rentals Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
